What We Do

We don't handle exports.
We build markets.

Anyone can introduce a product to an overseas buyer. Assemble builds the path that actually sells — sourcing, channel entry, pricing, launch execution and repeat purchase.

Business Model

We buy on our own account, then sell

This is not brokerage for a commission. We buy, and we sell. If it doesn't sell, the loss is ours.

  1. 01

    Sourcing

We directly source and purchase beauty, device, bio, supplement and food brands. Selection happens at SKU level — by market demand, price competitiveness, channel fit, margin structure, regulatory readiness and repeat-purchase potential, not by brand name alone.

  2. 02

    Global network

Goods move into our bases across 12 countries. In Vietnam we operate our own fulfilment in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City; elsewhere we work through local entities and partner networks.

  3. 03

    Channel split

B2B distribution leads, with B2C and D2C supporting it.

  4. 04

    Sales · collection

We sell directly to local consumers and buyers, then put collected cash straight back into the next purchase.

Cash cycle

  1. Capital
  2. Goods
  3. Revenue
  4. Collection

Collected cash recycles immediately into the next purchase, and the growing liquidity scales the business step by step.

GOMI Partner Center

We show brands what they could never see

Most distributors never share sales data. Without knowing where, why and how much sold, a brand cannot decide its next product or its next price. Six systems generate that data automatically and hand it straight to the brand.

  • 01

    OMS & WMS

Marketplace orders, warehouse dispatch and local carrier integration managed as a single flow.

  • 02

    Partner data management

Structured master data per account keeps country and settlement terms consistent.

  • 03

    Reports

Real-time sales trends and inventory visualised, with raw data available for download.

  • 04

    Settlement automation

Channel sales and fees auto-calculated and shared as transparent statements.

  • 05

    Export-import licensing

Certification submissions and approval history processed and archived automatically.

  • 06

    Integrated agency certification

What each brand handled individually with customs becomes one flow handled by Assemble.

Operating System

Revenue grows. Cost doesn't follow.

Ordering, settlement and certification once done by hand are now automated. We are building a structure where headcount and cost do not scale with revenue — because the investment goes into the system.

  • Operations dashboard

Ordering, cash and account data connected to forecast when, where and how much capital is needed.

  • Anomaly detection

Accounts with halted orders or delayed collection are flagged automatically for proactive response.

  • Profitability prioritisation

Return and collection rate versus capital deployed, compared per account to order resource allocation.

  • Data intelligence

Per-country social and web trends collected and analysed to decide quickly what to sell where.
